There was no "server outage", the server was intentionally put onto whitelist to enable the staff to resolve some issues. And yes, we rent a server from a hosting company, no we do not give out the info of the hosting company.

If you have changed your name and lost access, file a modreq stating your old name and your town name and we should be able to fix it, though you would need to reclaim any of your plots as they will become unclaimed.
Try logging in on anyone else's computer? Outside of your home that is. I'm assuming it's a firewall issue. Since it's on every computer, probably your internets firewall. Oh and post a forum on your issue, don't do it here.
